Enrollment Procedures

1. Governmental candidates Must be nominated by the Public Service and Administration Commission (with the exception of the public Universities’ employees and Private Sector’s employees)
2. All candidates should provide to MOPIC the Following documents:

• Hard Copy of the electronics application form
• Identification page of ordinary Passport
• Foreigner Physical Examination form issued within 30 days (click here)
• Academic Transcripts
• English Proficiency Certificate
• Non- Criminal Record Report issued within 6 months

3. Electronic copies of these documents should be sent to jojsc@yahoo.com
4. Provide MOPIC with a hard copy of these required documents

Conditions

1. Age of candidate not exceeds 45 years
2. Work experience of 2 years minimum
3. Not be currently studying in China or admitted to other scholarship programs provided by the Chinses Government
