Headed by the president of the Upper House of Parliament Taher Al Masri, the Financial and Economical Committee has met yesterday with the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Jafar Hassan.

Dr. Hassan presented the Ministry's business topics in the fields of planning, Microeconomic and local development as well as funds and international development. In line with what came in the "Letter of Designation" and the national agenda, he pointed to the coordination role between the Ministry of Planning and the other Jordanian ministries in preparation of the developmental and operational program for the years 2010 – 2012.

On another side and in light of the "Letter of Designation", Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Jafar Hassan has revealed in a press conference the ministry's action plan, where the ministry presented and discussed its operational plan to the Prime Ministry within a comprehensive business program to the government and introduced to His Majesty King Abdullah Bin Al Hussein, this came in response to the "letter of designation" and included seven main points.
